About the Role
We are seeking experienced independent sales agents to represent an innovative range of medical devices and diagnostic equipment across the DACH region. You will focus on hospitals, clinics and diagnostic laboratories, building long-term relationships and driving recurring consumables revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales within the DACH region, focusing on hospitals, clinics, private practices and diagnostic laboratories.
- Identify, approach and win new customers while growing revenue with existing accounts.
- Promote our devices and diagnostic solutions through on-site demos, presentations and regular visits.
- Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and keep accurate records in the CRM / reporting tools.
- Represent the company at national and regional healthcare trade fairs and industry events as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as an independent sales agent / manufacturer’s rep in medical devices, diagnostics or similar healthcare products.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in hospitals, clinics and laboratories are a strong advantage.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open new accounts and close deals independently.
- Comfortable working on a pure commission or performance-based structure.
- Excellent communication skills in German; English is a plus.
Compensation
- Attractive commission on equipment sales plus recurring commissions on consumables.
- Realistic OTE €80,000–€120,000 per year, with higher potential for top performers.
- Option for exclusive territory in defined regions within DACH for successful agents.
