Key Responsibilities
- Develop new OEM and end-user accounts across Germany, Austria & Switzerland
- Represent high-quality motion-control components to integrators and machinery builders
- Present technical product features and identify customer requirements
- Maintain ongoing relationships with purchasing, engineering, and production teams
- Provide market feedback to headquarters
- Manage sales pipeline and monthly reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record selling industrial automation components
- Strong network in: OEM machinery, robotics, system integrators, panel builders
- Technical understanding of motion control / drives / automation systems
- Excellent communication and solution-selling skills
- Experience as an independent agent, rep, or distributors’ channel manager
- Ability to visit customers across DACH (or manage virtually if needed)

Remote / On-Site: Remote + Customer Visits
Commission: 15–22% + annual performance bonus
