Job Overview

We are seeking driven and enthusiastic Remote Sales Agents to join our team and help promote and sell tickets for virtual live music events. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, generate interest in upcoming shows, and close ticket sales through outbound outreach and follow-ups.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about music, enjoy sales, and want the flexibility of working from home while earning based on performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and/or messaging platforms
  • Promote virtual live music events and communicate their value to potential buyers
  • Build rapport with customers and identify their interests to recommend relevant shows
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to close sales
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Accurately track interactions and sales activity in the company’s CRM system
  • Stay informed about upcoming events, artists, and promotions

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools (CRM systems, email, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
