Background Summary
For more than 16 years, I served as the Technical and Business Representative for Mexico for a U.S.-based manufacturer of specialized automotive balancing equipment. I was responsible for developing the Mexican market, providing technical sales support, equipment installation and commissioning, customer training, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and long-term account management for OEM and Tier 1 automotive customers. This role combined business development with hands-on technical service, allowing the company to support its Mexican customers without establishing a local subsidiary.
