WeightIn Technologies operates an international project connecting real working inventions and innovative technologies with enterprises interested in purchasing and implementing them. Areas include robotics, industrial automation, energy, healthcare technology, agriculture, construction, logistics, materials and other innovative industries.

We invite experienced B2B sales professionals, independent sales representatives, business development partners and established sales teams. We particularly value a proven record of significant enterprise transactions, relevant industry contacts and the ability to take ownership of complex technology sales.

Responsibilities include identifying enterprise customers and reaching decision-makers; understanding business needs; identifying suitable technology solutions; building trust and leading negotiations; overcoming technical and organizational obstacles; coordinating buyers, manufacturers and technical specialists; and managing opportunities from initial contact through evaluation, contract negotiation, successful sale and implementation.

Cooperation is independent and performance-based. Compensation consists of commissions for successfully completed sales, with the commission amount, payment conditions and individual role agreed transparently in advance for each project. No fixed salary or guaranteed income is offered. This is a partnership opportunity, not a salaried employment offer.

Strong experience and relationships in one relevant industry can be sufficient. We welcome professionals and commercial representative organizations worldwide, including San Francisco and California.

WeightIn operates a technology center and showroom in San Francisco.
