Industrial Sales Agent / Manufacturer’s Rep – Pumps, Valves & Actuators – DACH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) – Commission + Retainer Option
We are expanding our channel coverage in the DACH region and are seeking an experienced independent sales agent or manufacturer’s representative to develop and manage accounts for a portfolio of industrial pumps, valves, and actuators used in process industries and utilities.
You will identify and win new opportunities with:
• OEMs, EPCs, and engineering contractors
• industrial end users (chemicals, general process, utilities, water)
• maintenance and aftermarket buyers (spares, seals, service kits)
The portfolio includes industrial and process pumps (centrifugal and specialty), control/isolating valves, actuators, and associated spare parts. This role offers strong repeat revenue from service and MRO.
Key responsibilities
• develop qualified leads and convert them into active accounts
• manage the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing
• support technical selection with our engineering team and product tools
• maintain a structured pipeline and monthly forecast reporting
• coordinate quotes, delivery expectations, and after-sales support
