About the Role
AutoMotion Technologies is expanding its partner network in Central Europe and seeking experienced independent distributors and sales agents to represent our robotics, servo drives, PLC controllers, and industrial motion control systems.
You will work with OEMs, machine builders, robotics integrators, and industrial manufacturers to introduce efficient, modular automation solutions that reduce costs and increase productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business among OEMs, integrators, and industrial end-users
- Promote servo controllers, robotic modules, and advanced automation components
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demos
- Work closely with engineering teams to propose integration-ready solutions
- Manage customer accounts, prepare quotations, and negotiate agreements
- Represent the brand at automation fairs and industry events
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in factory automation, motion control, robotics, or industrial electronics
- Existing network of integrators, OEMs, or machine builders
- Ability to understand technical documentation and architecture diagrams
- Consultative sales style with ability to identify customer requirements
- Independent, motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with commission or representation agreements
